Orders

• Orders must be on Company purchase order forms. Filled in full.

• E mail purchase orders will be accepted. order-entry@star-polybag.com

• Orders will be acknowledged by fax or e mail within 24 hours. Please follow up if not recieved.

• Normal lead times Low Density after final artwork 2.5 - 4 weeks. Ask first when a shorter in hand date is required.

• Normal lead time Hi Density after final artwork 4 - 5 weeks.

• Sizes cannot be combined for quantity pricing.

Freight

• All bag prices FOB Plant.

• Split ships may be subject to handling charges.

• Shipping method we deem best will be used unless otherwise  noted.

Printing

• All bags priced with our standard PMS ink colors.

• Bag prices do not include heavy ink coverage or bleed edges.

• PMS color match for certain Hi Density inks, non- stocked fluorescent, day-glo or metallic is $100.00 (c) per color.

• Low Density PMS inks are mixed to order at no extra charge in just about all cases.

• Call for quote.
 

Product Tolerance 

• Film and ink colors may vary within Industry tolerances.

• All bags are manufactured within Industry tolerances for thickness, width and length and ink lift standards.

Cancellations

• Cancellations will be charged $50.00 net in addition to any costs incurred.

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Over & Under Runs

• The manufacturing process of Polyethylene bags can be subject to incurs over/under runs.

• Invoices will be rendered to show actual amount of bags shipped.

• Under runs are not considered partial orders.

• We must be advised prior to quoting. If you have an over/under run limitation. Otherwise you will be responsible for the full invoice.
