How to use: First refer to the plate cost chart below on the left side you see a square inches range. on the right side you see a dollar amount cost per color.

1. 2 sided imprint with same art on both sides. Measure all the colors on side 1 for their individual square inches. Then find the result on the left side of the chart.                                                 Example: 100 sq. inches printed on both sides (200 sq. inches total) equals $ 150 net. (Then look for any plate offered plate discounts). The plate costs are net standing alone before any special offered discounts.

2. 1 side imprinted. Measure all the colors on side one for their individual square inches. Just as with #1 you will look for the cost. Now you will times the cost by .6 to find you net cost. No discounts are given on 1 sided printing.

3. 2 sided imprint different art. You simply follow instructions for #2 only figure each side separate times the .6. No discounts are given here as it becomes two 1 sided imprints.

Process print plates require viewing the artwork to quote the plate cost. Please make us aware if your artwork has screens so we can decide the best plates needed. Above instructions are for the spot PMS colors only. When printing on bags less than 12 inches wide or 12 inch wide bags with 4 colors or more, please call for a plate quote.
